Content Guidelines and Policies

Our mission

Fast Party was built to take the stress out of event planning and turn social coordination into something smooth, fun, and genuinely useful. Whether you're planning a surprise party, managing a wedding, or simply attending an event, we want this platform to help you create genuine moments, not a digital mess. We want you to share your experiences on events you’ve hosted, attended, or worked as a vendor, because those perspectives guide hosts in finetuning their next celebration, help guests pick the best parties to join, and give vendors actionable insight to sharpen their offerings. Every review, photo, rating, and comment you post feeds into our event rating system (a dynamic, timed ecay weighting system designed to reflect the freshest experiences), and ultimately powers the quality and trustworthiness of the entire Fast Party community.

Fast Party is not a platform for antagonistic, deceptive, harmful, hateful or violent content or language. Any reviews, photos, profiles or comments you share are publicly visible and must comply with Fast Party’s Content Guidelines and Policies. If we find that a post is misleading, abusive, irrelevant or otherwise violates these standards, we reserve the right to edit or remove it, restrict your posting activity or even permanently disable your account, without prior notice in serious cases. We also lean on automated systems to flag suspicious activities and catch patterns of misuse. If you spot something that clearly doesn’t belong, please send it over to contact@fastparty.ai and we’ll review it. While we take every report seriously and examine each one carefully, not all flagged content will be removed as Fast Party thrives on the diversity of honest opinions our community shares.

Keep it Relevant

Please make sure your content (listings, comments, photos, reviews, invites, tasks) is directly related to the event or service in question. Listings should include accurate details like the time, location, agenda, and registration info. Reviews should reflect your personal experience at the event or with a vendor, not include side conversations or unrelated opinions. Reviews should describe your own experience with the event or vendor. Comments should focus on the event’s organization or experience, not unrelated promotions or personal solicitations.

Do not post the same content repeatedly or copy other posts; avoid digital clutter (junk/emoji spam) that makes it hard to read or understand a post. We reserve the right to remove irrelevant posts, unrelated advertisements, spam, and even content with unauthorized usage of personal information. Invitations and tasks should only be sent to people expected to participate in the event. Mass or automated invitations unrelated to the event are considered spam.

Keep it Respectful and Inclusive

Fast Party is a global space that brings together all kinds of people and experiences. Whether you’re planning an event, joining one, or just leaving a comment or review, please use clear, respectful language. Any form of harassment, hate speech, personal attacks, threats or bullying will be taken seriously and removed. This includes, but isn’t limited to, derogatory remarks about someone’s race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation. Even if your experience wasn’t great, targeting an organizer, guest, or vendor in a hostile or abusive manner is not allowed.

Threatening users for a better review or blackmailing them for refunds will not be tolerated. Please also respect privacy. Using pressure to involve others in events or sharing private conversations publicly may lead to moderation action.

Keep it Honest and Accurate

Please keep your content factual and grounded in your own experience. If you haven’t attended the event or availed the vendor’s services, don’t post a review or comment as if you have. That includes making inaccurate claims or passing judgment on a host or vendor you haven’t actually interacted with. Hosts and vendors should also avoid making inflated claims or misleading statements about what they offer. We will remove fake reviews, inaccurate listings, and dishonest content wherever found.

Your reviews should reflect what you personally experienced. Submissions based on second-hand accounts, assumptions, or hearsay are not acceptable. You should post only once per event or interaction. If you return to the same vendor or attend the event again, you may update your review, but keep it focused on the most recent experience. Repetitive or duplicate posts will be treated as spam and will be removed.

You must post using your real identity or a clearly stated alias. Impersonating other users/vendors, event organizers or Fast Party representatives is not allowed under any circumstances. If you have a personal or financial relationship with an event or vendor, such as being a friend, employee, or invited guest, that must be clearly disclosed in your content. Transparency builds trust, and we expect you to be open about your connections.

Do not Solicit or Self-Promote

Fast Party is not a place for unsolicited ads or off-topic promotions. Comments, reviews, messages, or invites should not be used to pitch unrelated products, sell services, or direct people to other platforms. Posting commercial material like logos, coupons, referral codes, or affiliate links in public areas of the platform is not allowed and will be removed.

Offering rewards or incentives in exchange for positive reviews, higher attendance, or promotional shoutouts is also strictly prohibited. That includes promising money, gifts, discounts, or favors for feedback. Similarly, using reviews to coerce vendors or hosts into giving you something is not acceptable. Trying to trade ratings for rewards, whether formally or informally, falls under solicitation and will be moderated. Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, and affiliate spam have no place on Fast Party. Chain messages or promotional campaigns disguised as invites or comments will be deleted.

Keep it Original

Fast Party is a space for original content. Whether you're writing a review, describing an event, or uploading photos, make sure what you share is your own. Copying someone else’s content, reposting reviews from other platforms, or uploading images that do not belong to you is not allowed. Even if it is your own content from another site, duplicate posting may result in removal.

Do not use copyrighted material, brand logos, or licensed images without authorization and necessary permissions. If you choose to include content that was created by someone else, such as a venue photo or a quote, ensure that you have the right to use it and give proper credit. We value authenticity and want Fast Party to remain a fair and trustworthy space for everyone.

Photos and Media Guidelines

Photos, videos, and audio shared on Fast Party should reflect the actual event, venue, or a relevant moment from the experience. Clear, high-quality, and well-framed media that capture the mood, setting, or key highlights are always encouraged. Think of venue décor, behind-the-scenes moments, and genuine snapshots of the event coming to life.

However, there are some boundaries. Illegal, explicit, or violent content will be removed immediately. This includes pornographic material, graphic imagery, hate symbols, or anything that promotes unlawful behavior. Irrelevant media such as memes, promotional banners, unrelated screenshots, or watermarked images will also be taken down.

Respect people’s privacy when posting. Do not upload identifiable photos of others, especially minors or guests, without their consent. If someone is clearly the focus of a shot, make sure they’re okay with being featured. Otherwise, blur or crop them out.

We also maintain basic standards for quality. Media that is blurry, too dark, low-resolution, heavily filtered, duplicated, or AI-generated may be removed to keep the event gallery useful and authentic. In some cases, off-topic or low-quality content may be moved to your profile instead of the event page.

Repeated violations, including the use of plagiarized, commercial, or inappropriate media, can lead to account restrictions or a reduction in platform visibility or participation features. Help us keep Fast Party honest, useful, and real for everyone.

Privacy and Safety

Fast Party is a public-facing platform, and we take privacy seriously. Do not post personal or sensitive information in your content, whether it belongs to you or someone else. This includes phone numbers, home addresses, financial details, or identification numbers. If that kind of information needs to be shared, make sure it happens only in private, secure conversations with verified participants. Posting it publicly may put you or others at risk, and we may remove such content to protect user safety.

If you encounter or become aware of illegal activity, threats, or safety concerns related to an event such as harassment, stalking, or violence, please report it to us immediately. In serious cases, we may involve site security or local authorities to take appropriate action.

Be cautious when sharing location data. Live location links, directions, or details about private venues should only be shared with verified participants. Avoid posting any sensitive location details publicly, especially when it involves private gatherings.

Keep it Transparent

If any of your content is influenced by sponsorships, partnerships, or free perks, please mention this clearly. For example, if a sponsor invited you to an event or a host provided you with discounted tickets, mention it in your description or review. Fast Party trusts you to be honest, as this helps maintain community trust. If a vendor or host paid you or offered something in exchange for a testimonial, make that clear in the post. If you’re sharing event referral links or affiliate codes, ensure that space is designated for that and not disguised as neutral and unsponsored content.

Moderation and Enforcement

Fast Party reserves the right to remove or edit any content that violates these guidelines or our Terms of Service. We also follow all applicable laws in the regions we operate. If content is found to be illegal under local regulations, including laws related to hate speech, data protection, or user safety, it may be taken down without notice. In severe or repeated cases, accounts may be restricted or permanently removed to maintain the integrity of the platform.

All users must comply with the laws of their respective jurisdictions. If legal requirements conflict with platform content, we will act in accordance with the law. If your content is removed or your account is restricted, you may contact support to request a review. However, Fast Party's decisions are final unless required otherwise by law.

Fast Party does not act as an arbitrator in personal or contractual disputes between users. If issues arise, such as payment disagreements between hosts and vendors, you may need to resolve them independently or through proper legal channels.

If you see content that violates these rules, report it using the in-app reporting feature or email our support team. We review all reports carefully and take appropriate action when necessary.

Guidelines for Vendors (Service Providers)

Vendors offering services (catering, photography, venue rental, entertainment, etc.) should follow these rules:
- Accurate listings. Please keep your service profile up to date with correct pricing, availability, and descriptions. If your rates or offerings change, update them so event hosts know what to expect.
- Professional conduct. Quote realistic rates and deliver what you promise. If an event needs preparation (advance notice, equipment needs), communicate that clearly.
- No review manipulation. Good reviews must be earned by delivering quality services, not in exchange for freebies, discounts, or payment. Avoid any “kickbacks” or third-party review schemes.
- Responsive communication. Reply to inquiries and messages from hosts and guests promptly and politely. If a client leaves feedback (positive or negative), acknowledge it professionally. If you disagree with a negative review, respond calmly rather than trying to pressure the user.
- Honest representation. Don’t use photos or descriptions in your service listing that misrepresent your actual capabilities. Please avoid using stock photos or images of someone else’s work as if it were yours.
- Compliance with standards. Ensure you follow all legal requirements for your services (licenses, permits, safety regulations). If your work at an event involves third parties (like subcontractors), state this clearly in your listing or contract.

Guidelines for Event Hosts (Organizers)

Hosts planning events on Fast Party have some additional responsibilities:
- Keep event info updated. If details change (time, venue, agenda, ticket price, etc.), update the event listing immediately. Accurate information prevents confusion and unhappy guests.

- Be fair and clear. Clearly state any fees, refund/cancellation policy, age or other requirements. Don’t hide important terms. Provide a safe, inclusive environment for all attendees.

- Encourage honest feedback. Do not pressure attendees to leave positive reviews. Let guests share their real thoughts and experiences. Soliciting or offering incentives for good reviews is prohibited.

- Handle criticism professionally. If you receive negative feedback, please respond politely and constructively. Use it to improve future events. Never retaliate against a reviewer or offer them compensation to change their review.

- Respect attendees and vendors. Treat registered guests and hired vendors courteously. Do not use reviews to threaten or retaliate against attendees, and avoid calling out vendors publicly. If there’s an issue, raise it through the appropriate support or dispute resolution channels.

Privacy, Dispute Resolution, and Terms That Apply

We respect your privacy. For details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, check out our Privacy Policy. By using Fast Party, you’re consenting to it. We don’t sell your personal information, and we’ll only share what’s needed to run the platform smoothly, like showing your event content or basic profile details. If we ever need to share more (for instance- with law enforcement), it’ll only happen when the law requires it or if there’s a genuine safety issue.

Disagreements may happen. If there’s a problem between a host, guest, or vendor, like a refund issue, cancellation, or absence, do your best to resolve it through Fast Party’s messaging or dispute tools. We’re not a legal authority or a party to your private contracts, so while we’ll support where we can, we can’t mediate every conflict. If things get serious, you may need to turn to your local legal or consumer protection channels.

These guidelines work alongside our Terms of Service. If there’s ever a clash, the Terms (and the law) come first. From time to time, we may update these rules. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know. If you continue using Fast Party after that, you’re consenting to the revised version.

Fast Party is here to help you plan, host, and enjoy events in a space that’s fun, safe, and real. Following these guidelines helps keep things running smoothly for hosts, vendors, and guests alike. Thanks for being part of the community.
